1. How tall is Mell Chan doll?
A: Mell Chan doll is not a very big doll, it is only about 10” tall. It is made in Japan, and you can buy it from most of the departmental stores in Singapore (i.e. Takashimaya, OG, BHG, Isetan, and etc) , Toyrus and some Kiddy Palace.
2. Any other dolls can wear your Mell Chan’s handmade outfits?
A: Yes, Nene Chan or other plush toys who is in similar size. Besides, for all the hat wear it can be wore by Blythe too.
3. Who make all the Mell Chan's handmade outfits selling at your store?
A: I made and designed all the outfits selling at my store.
4. How to conduct a search in your blog?
A: Because this is a free blogger's template, there is no search engine implement in this design. But you scroll down to the bottom of this blog. And select the "LABELS" (#tag word) that you wish to see, all the posts in the selected "LABELS" will be shown.

A: Yes, to ease your little ones to change for their Mells, all our handmade clothes are made using velcro material to stick at the back. With good workmanship and good sewing material being used , they are very durable and safe for kids.

A: Only products with price tag on the right top are on sale.
For Singapore customers, you can add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. Once done, you may click “Check Out”. It will brings you to the Paypal page for payment via Paypal.
For overseas customers, you may email/WhatsApp me the items you wish to order with the item # code. I will calculate your order total with an estimated shipping charges to your country. A Paypal invoice will be sent to you. Only Paypal payment is acceptable for all overseas purchase.
7. Any other payment mode other than Paypal?
A: Yes, we do accept other payment mode for Singapore's customers. You can also pay with local bank transfer (i.e. POSB or UOB) or DBS Paylah.

A: You may email/WhatsApp me the picture of outfits you wish to customise. I will quote you the price if I have the fabric option and materials to make the outfit.

The price range for a customised set usually around $15 ~ $20 depends on the materials used and it design. All customised set will comes with one free accessory of your choice, example of accessory like sling bag, back pack, felt shoes, hairband, felt hat and etc.

A: The usual waiting time is 1~2 weeks. But during busy period, it might takes more than 3~4 weeks. If you need them urgently for a special occasion, please contact me before placing your order.
